Despite its location in the zone of risky farming on the territory of the Orenburg region, the agricultural company "A7 Agro" LLC managed to achieve high yields for growing vegetables and grain crops. The state program of land reclamation, as stated by its head Alexey Komarovsky , allowed introduce such advanced technologies as:
- Kaipos - stations that monitor soil and weather conditions.
- Cropio - real-time satellite tracking of farmland conditions.
- Agsense - computer software for automated control of irrigation and irrigation devices.
All information collected from stations and satellites into a single center is processed by a special program that predicts the launch of optimal agricultural processes at a given time (watering, irrigation, carrying out a certain type of processing).
Timeline for achieving high results
The listed advanced systems have been launched and applied at A7 Agro since 2016. Currently, the holding fully satisfies the need for certain types of vegetables and grains of the inhabitants of the region, and also exports part of the products grown in its fields to neighboring regions.
