ThyssenKrupp Germany reportedly issued a financial report in February of the current fiscal year 2016/2017, which states that it made a profit in the first quarter (October-December 2016). ThyssenKrupp's sales and profits have been improved over the same period last fiscal year. After adjustments, the company's revenue peaked through the adoption of the Strategic Way Forward plan.
In the first quarter of the fiscal year 2016/2017, ThyssenKrupp orders were € 9.54 billion, up 1% year-on-year, and sales reached € 9.954 billion, up 6% over the same period last year.
