Intertype introduced an online service for verifying the origin of pipes

Ukrainian industrial company Intertype has introduced an online service for verifying the origin of its pipe products. This system will protect the company's products in the Middle East from counterfeiting.

It is possible to check the authenticity of the company's pipe products using a standard program and a smartphone by reading QR codes. Pipes produced at Intertype factories have a special tag with a QR code, which provides all the necessary information.

To verify the authenticity of the ordered products, it is enough to read the QR code. If pipes are manufactured and shipped from the company's factories, the consignee will be redirected to a web page with details of the product received. Otherwise, a warning about non-conformity of product origin and contacts of the Intertype manager will appear on the screen.
