According to the US Department of Commerce, preliminary anti-dumping and countervailing investigations have been carried out on the import of seamless pipes damaging the domestic industry from China, Germany, India, Italy, South Korea and Switzerland.
Among them, anti-dumping duties for China amounted to 87.58-186.89%; for Germany the rates were 77.7-209.06%; for India - 33.8%; for Italy - 37.08-68.95%; for Korea - 12-48%, and for Switzerland the rates were 38.02-52.21%.
