Thyssenkrupp to sell key technology division

Thyssenkrupp AG accelerated the sale of its process technology division, which was primarily responsible for the construction of factories and industrial sites.

It was expected that Chinese state-owned enterprises would appear among potential buyers of the asset, and the bankers, basically, identified potential buyers.

In addition, it has also been reported that Thyssenkrupp is currently considering renewing its merger with the small German steel company Salzgitter.

However, Thyssenkrupp has yet to respond to these reports and rumors.
