The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) has postponed a preliminary ruling on an investigation into the unfair value of oil field pipes (OCTG) from Argentina, Mexico and Russia.
Applicants including Borusan Mannesmann Pipe US, Inc., PTC Liberty Tubulars LLC, US Steel Tubular Products, Inc., United Steelworkers, AFL-CIO, CLC, and Welded Tube USA, Inc. filed a request on February 10, 2022 for postponing a decision due to the volume and complexity of the investigations.
USDOC has therefore extended the deadline for provisional determinations by 50 days and will announce its decision no later than May 4, 2022.
