Today “green” technologies are widely practiced in individual construction. Now you can fully power the house using only sunlight.
Water heating
Solar collectors, the so-called solar collectors, have been developed to heat water by the sun.
They are of two types:
1) directly for heating water;
2) for heating water and heating the house.
In regions where the climate does not allow switching to full heating of water from the sun, solar collectors are used as an addition to the main sources of heat (central water supply, boiler, titanium, etc.).
Expensive models of collectors have automation - it monitors the disconnection and activation of the system, regulates the temperature, controls the switching to other sources of heating.
Lighting
Humanity has long been using the energy of the sun for lighting. In Western European countries, almost every house has a system for generating electricity from the sun's rays, any European knows what is LED panel and used the energy of the sun at least once. In our country, this is more difficult, although in the use of alternative electricity there has already been some growth. Today, solar power plants for private individuals need to be purchased in many large cities.
Solar garden lights are used to illuminate the local area. They are not as expensive as large power plants. Their batteries are charged during daylight hours and perfectly illuminate the area in the evening. The larger the battery capacity, the longer the area will be illuminated.
Mobile solar stations . They are used in "field" conditions. They can generate energy from 0.6 to 5 kW. A medium-power solar station can power household appliances such as a refrigerator, TV and others. And more powerful models are able to generate energy, for example, for one mini-farm.
Stationary solar stations . They are equipped with solar panels, batteries, inverter and controller. The solar panel contains photovoltaic cells that generate direct current from solar energy. The inverter converts DC to AC, which charges the battery. The amount of charge is regulated by a special control unit.
Stationary stations allow you to meet the energy needs of a small family. The presence of the sun is optional for them. Daylight is also sufficient.
The service life of a stationary station depends on the battery. Russian and Chinese batteries are designed for medium
