To date, textile slings have been recognized as the most unique universal among all existing types of slings. In the course of their production, polyester tape is used, which has a strength ratio of 7: 1. One of the advantages of these materials is that during transportation they are not subject to scratching and any other damage, since the textile slings are of high quality and reliability. If we compare textile slings with rope, then the first type is much safer, since they do not contain wires that could injure workers during the movement of goods.
Textile slings There are two types: the first type is tape slings, the second is round-strap. They differ depending on their area of application and type of production.
Belt slings are used to mix medium-heavy loads, while it must be borne in mind that they will not be able to protect the object from scratching and any other mechanical damage. They are made from special load belts, which have the highest degree of strength.
Textile slings are used to move particularly large loads (both heavy and large). Endless ring fibers made from polyester are used in their manufacture.
Among the most important advantages used by textile slings are the following:
- since their weight is small, they are very convenient to use when transporting goods of any mass and size. It is not difficult to bring them to the load and then attach it to a special hook;
- in the course of their production, only the most advanced technologies and high-quality materials are used, which positively affects the long service life of the slings, even in the most severe operating conditions. They are not attacked by chemicals or harsh methods of use;
- they are not affected by any natural elements, which allows using slings in all seasons and in all weather conditions.
