This type of personnel performance assessment is carried out regularly, which allows employees to work on self-improvement. Diagnostics is carried out with particular care in relation to managers, managers and other specialists involved in personnel management. To conduct an individual assessment, questionnaires and tests, a given choice method, a descriptive method are used. A group assessment can also be carried out, which is characterized by such methods as comparison by pairs, classification method, labor force participation rate.
