From 4 to 5 April 2013 in Moscow at ul. B. Yakimanka, 24, a conference will be held on the topic "Reinforcing and Shaped Rolled: A New Configuration of the Russian Market".
The conference will be devoted to the issues of production of metal structures for the construction industry. The event will be attended by leading specialists from construction and scientific and technical organizations, metal structures manufacturers, suppliers of construction rolled products and designers of new factories for the production of reinforcement, beams, columns, etc.
On the first day of the conference, the largest manufacturers of construction products such as Severstal, Mechel-Service, NLMK, EVRAZ and others will present their reports. The conference will discuss trends in the development of the construction industry throughout the current year. Prospects for changes in demand for building metal structures in various regions will be considered. The conference participants will discuss the sales strategy of the leading manufacturers and small enterprises engaged in the manufacture and sale of rolled products.
The conference will feature a presentation of new equipment used in production. There will also be an opportunity to get acquainted with advanced technologies for the production of reinforcing bars. One of the questions of the conference concerns the development of the rolled metal market. Priority plans include the construction of small factories producing wire rod, rebar and long products. So already at the end of 2013 the mini-plant "Severstal Long-range plant Balakovo" will be put into operation. Projects of new mini-factories will be provided, the construction of which is planned over the next few years.
