Drainage pumps

The main application of drainage pumps is to pump out water with impurities, sand and other solid particles. Their power allows you to lift water from a depth of four to nine meters. They are often used as a result of accidents, at construction sites, during installation work, formed floods, where it is necessary to quickly eliminate a large accumulation of highly polluted water.

Now on the market there is a wide variety of drainage pumps from different manufacturers (domestic, Italian, Spanish, German). Each model has its own specifications. The choice of model depends on many factors such as application, particle diameter, mass concentration of impurities, etc.

The main models of drainage pumps include: submersible, semi-submersible, external (self-priming and non-self-priming) pumps.

Submersibles are usually used in everyday life, as they are convenient to work with and easy to operate. With the help of them, you can safely pump water from a well, trenches, pools, basements, since the power allows you to lift liquid more than eight meters. Often used in garden irrigation, watering works. It is possible to pump out water from a flooded room, which is very convenient if the time and speed of pumping water is important.

Semi-submersible pumps are designed to pump liquids with temperatures above 60 degrees.

Outdoor ones are usually not used if water is pumped out from a depth of more than eight meters. The advantage of external self-priming pumps is that it eliminates the ingress of air into the system. At the beginning of use, it is enough to lower only the body in water, which cannot be said about a non-self-priming pump. Here you will have to fill not only the case, but also the pipeline. These include grades ANS-60, ANS-130, S-569M, UNCD 100/16, A50-125, A65-160, NDNE-4.

Also, for pumping contaminated liquid, self-contained pumps are used. They have an internal combustion engine that allows them to be flexible and mobile to use. They are usually needed in case of accidents and where it is not possible to connect the pump to electricity.

There are pumps that allow you to pump not only water, but also a thick, viscous liquid. These include diaphragm pumps, they are electric NDNE-4 and gasoline motor pumps PTG-307D. ... There are pumps driven by a hydraulic unit and compressed air.
