New types of requirements for the quality of building materials (primarily for the construction of pre-fabricated and low-rise buildings, special types of structures, etc.), the lack of natural materials (for example, wood), their high cost requires the use of modern types of energy-saving building technologies and materials. They must meet the following requirements: high thermal performance; durability and strength; profitability; ecological cleanliness; simplicity, accuracy and speed of assembly; versatility of the use of structures ... All these requirements are fully met by a new construction system called STALDOM, which was developed by domestic specialists. The main feature of the STALDOM structural system is light thin-walled steel structures - galvanized steel types of profiles of various configurations with a thickness of 0.7 to 2.0 millimeters, interconnected using standard fasteners.
Perforated metal profiles with a thickness of 0.7 to 2.0 millimeters are mainly used as horizontal lintels, uprights and framing elements for door and window openings. An effective insulation (for example, mineral wool basalt slabs) is tightly laid between the racks. The environmentally friendly material provides excellent thermal performance to the wall. For interior decoration, gypsum-fibrous sheets (gypsum fiber board and gypsum plasterboard) are used, it is possible to use OSB, DSP and other types of materials.
The outer cladding here is carried out according to the principle of using a "ventilated facade" and ensures the process of ventilating the insulation. As an external STALDOM system there can be: wooden lining or "block-house"; facing brick; metal or vinyl siding; profiled sheets using polymer coating; panels that imitate stone or brick; front cassettes. The area of use in the construction of the STALDOM system is quite large, it is extensive and includes: low-rise (up to three floors), pre-fabricated cottages and buildings; outbuildings, individual garages; small businesses and mini-shops; public buildings; small industrial workshops, etc. The advantages of such a construction technology with the use of the STALDOM system are the result of an integrated approach to the construction process - from the project to the moment of turnkey commissioning of facilities.
