Metallurgy has been an indispensable branch of industry for many decades. Heavy metal mining falls on the shoulders of compressor equipment. Solid, in fact, it is capable of daily and continuous work. The actual state of any compressor equipment depends on its equipment. It can be a compressor with a service life of up to 12-13 thousand hours of operation or up to 40 thousand hours. In the first case, the base is a piston compressor head, in the second - a screw compressor. But there are still no less useful settings:

- oil-free screw compressor units.
All of these options are important and necessary to work in metallurgy. Here, this equipment is exposed to nitrogen and argon, oxygen and other gases. Therefore, it is not so easy to replace compressor equipment in metallurgy with something new. Therefore, metallurgical production is unthinkable without the use of compressor equipment. It is used during the extraction of ore and its beneficiation, the redistribution of raw materials and their subsequent use in the metal industry, during the disposal of industrial waste. Compressor installations are under severe stress in difficult operating conditions.
Ferrous or non-ferrous metallurgy, all kinds of rolled products - these are those parts of the heavy industrial industry where they always pay attention to working conditions, the use of modern and high-quality units, and the durability of technical equipment. All these factors affect both the working process with metals itself and the results of the activities of each enterprise that extracts or processes metal. Forced downtime can negatively affect production volumes, plant profits and work plan. Therefore, it is worthwhile to conduct an audit of the state of the existing compressor units in a timely manner. It is much more profitable to prevent an impending malfunction than to waste time on eliminating the malfunction later. But with the use of high-quality equipment, its correct use and timely repair, all kinds of problems and losses can be avoided.
