Rolled metal is the basis of modern production. The most demanded category of these products is stainless steel sheets , which are used in areas of the industry where it is important to protect equipment from corrosion. Products are produced by hot-rolled and cold-rolled methods.
Product classification
Metal sheets are classified depending on the grade of steel, as well as on the technology of their processing. Rolled metal brands are designated by the AISI abbreviation, the number next to it indicates differences in the properties of the product.
For example, 204 - the most popular heat-resistant material, 316 - contains nickel, therefore it is characterized by high ductility. Grade 430 is magnetic and can be stamped, 321 is characterized by excellent weldability. Processing methods underlie another classification of metal sheets:
- polished is used in construction and decoration;
- polished is purchased, as a rule, by representatives of the advertising business and the food industry;
- mirror is also in demand in the production of advertising structures, as well as for the creation of finishing elements;
- decorative with diamond or oval coating suitable for decorating elevators or offices.
Steel matte canvases are widely used - they are in demand in the field of mechanical engineering and manufacturing of equipment.

- used not only in high humidity conditions, but also in aggressive environments;
- withstand external influences, pressure drops, high and low temperatures;
- cold-rolled metal is flexible, hot-rolled is strong.
