- Yes, we were also affected by the crisis: large customers who bought for their physical outlets have disappeared. They are closed, so they don't need to buy from us ... But the bright side is that online is actively growing, we barely keep up with new customers, and soon we will launch a loyalty program on the site for our customers ...

- Most auto accessories are made in China, is this scaring off customers now?
- Firstly, this is not true, in addition to the Chinese, we have Belarusian, Polish, Ukrainian. Secondly, no, people have always been afraid of Chinese products and now they just have one more reason not to take Chinese products. China is chosen by those who want to save money.
- And it burns out, right?
- No. There are good Chinese manufacturers.
- Let's advertise, who are the good ones?
- Depends on what the conversation is about. If we talk about compressors, then there used to be wonderful Solar, now their place is taken by Uragan compressors. They use plastic wherever they can, but it's good, frost and shock resistant plastic. We provide a 2-year warranty for all compressors, and for Hurricanes too.
- Why is plastic bad?
- Well, you need to be more careful with it, and over time such a compressor may work less efficiently, but it will still be more convenient than any “bazaar Chinese compressor” and even more so than a regular pump.
- What kind of auto pump do you have?
- I have a Storm compressor, it is Polish and it only has a plastic body, but it is lighter than the indestructible BelAvto Bellorus. If I weren't too lazy to carry all-metal BelAuto, I would still use it. I also have a jack from BelAvto .
- Okay, I understand, you think that BelAuto has the best documents. But it is not entirely clear how to choose a compressor.
- If a gift, then a Hurricane is possible.
