- The outer layer is protective, protects the pipe from external physical factors.
- Basis - directly tubular products made of ferrous metal or steel with higher quality parameters.
- The inner layer is polyurethane foam, which is sprayed onto the pipe to create perfect adhesion to the pipe surface.
The thickness of the outer and especially the inner layer is selected (calculated) on the basis of technical data on the nature of the transported coolant, the method of laying the line and its length. Pipes "highly reinforced"
"Highly reinforced" or VUS pipes have additional (at least 2 layers ) external protection, which completely excludes surface corrosion and provides the line with additional flexibility and tightness. Extruded polyethylene is used as a protective layer. The base, the pipe itself, can be made of various grades of steel (including black), seam or seamless. The application of polyethylene is carried out after cleaning the pipe surface, by winding after heating the metal to a predetermined temperature, which allows to ensure homogeneity of bonding.
