Stages of production of reinforced concrete rings
Before starting production, you should stock up on a frost-resistant concrete grade, a shape in accordance with the required ring dimensions, sand and high-quality reinforcement that will pull together the entire solution. Reinforcement in the form of steel rods is installed in the mold, they can be from 4 to 10 millimeters, depending on the size of the mold.
The strength of the resulting ring depends on the choice of reinforcement, so you should choose only high-quality steel, without deformation and rust.
It can also be used to reinforce the shape of wire rod - hot-rolled wire with a large cross-section. Then a concrete solution is poured, which is best prepared using vibrating machines. The time for the mixture to solidify depends on the room temperature and can vary from two days to 5-6 days. After the solution has hardened, the prefab mold is opened and the resulting product is taken out.
The quality of the reinforced concrete ring will depend on adherence to the process cycle and the use of proven concrete and strong reinforcement.
