The corrugated board contains five layers:
- Rolled sheet steel;
- Zinc anti-corrosion coating;
- Chromate layer;
- Primer;
- Protective and decorative paintwork;
Profiled sheeting is more expensive than slate, due to the fact that hot-dip galvanized metal sheet is taken as the basis for profiled sheeting. For the roof, use a sheet of marking NS or N.
The corrugated board is laid with an overlap on two combs, fastened with special self-tapping screws, characterized in that they have a rubber pad. Self-tapping screws are screwed into the groove of the wave to the crate.
