It is difficult to imagine the mechanisms of modern road and construction equipment without the operation of various hydraulic systems that drive most of the actuators. It is the development of modern technology that ensures the constant growth of requirements for the quality of hydraulic fluids, especially hydraulic oils.
Spindle oils for hydraulic systems are classified as lubricants. Materials of this class are widely used to reduce the level of friction of mechanisms of modern technology in motion and in the process of machining materials on machine tools. In other words, spindle oil is a petroleum product used to lubricate hydraulic systems and high-speed machinery.
Spindle oils are divided into three groups:
- group A, used for lightly loaded hydraulic systems,
- group B - for medium loaded
- group C - for hydraulic systems that work under high pressure.
The viscosity characteristics of spindle oils, for example, spindle I20 , is determined exclusively by the type of pump that is used in the system. The viscosity of spindle oils for hydraulic systems is maximum, minimum and optimum. These oils qualitatively protect equipment from corrosion and wear, prevent emulsion formation and have excellent performance characteristics.
In the case of using new oils, it is necessary to strictly follow the instructions for their use drawn up by the equipment manufacturers. Improper use of spindle oils can cause some malfunctioning of the hydraulic systems. And in no case should you use filtered oils that have already been used up. After using such oil, all machine systems will wear out very quickly or become unusable.
