One of the main stages of wood processing in the manufacture of this or that product is processing with a milling cutter, more precisely with one or another type of cutter attachment. The tool itself, a cutter, can be of two types, a hand cutter (a lightweight version of the tool) and a milling machine.
Manual wood milling cutter is mainly used for small work in a home workshop as well as in enterprises, in certain types of work, when you need to make groove connections, make a spike connection, embed hinges or a lock into a wooden doorway, etc.
The milling machine is more often used in woodworking enterprises and less often in home workshops, firstly because of its size, and secondly, because it is more profitable to use it only during systematic work with wood.
For each separate type of work, there is a certain nozzle-milling cutter, for example, for the manufacture of the frame of euro windows, one type, others for ordinary windows, doors, panels, window glazing beads, door glazing beads, lining, furniture facades, platbands, plinths, staples, half-steps, for processing grooves, quarters, radius cutters, cutters for the production of BLOCK-HOUSE wall beams, as well as for the preparation of wood for subsequent splicing. If you need to formulate a super-complex profile, either a multi-profile frieze is used or several different cutters are used in a strict sequence.
In the creation of each of the wooden products, from the most ordinary tables, chairs, doors, windows and up to single exclusive products, boxes, carved paintings, a cutter is used.
