Stands for hydraulic drives and hydraulic automatics are created to perform a set of theoretical, practical and laboratory lessons on the study of design, processes, physical and dynamic characteristics, professional hydraulic elements and machines. Such stands can be useful for firms and factories that create or repair hydraulic drives and automation. In addition, stands for gas dynamics, pneumatic drives and pneumatic automation are widely used.
Hydraulic training stands are produced in three types: with changing elements, fastening sleeves, with firmly installed elements that are fastened with sleeves, with firmly installed elements connected by pipelines with taps. In the production of visual equipment, professional hydraulic machines are used as the studied elements, which allow them to prepare students for their future profession. A simple system of connection and hydraulic connection of unstable elements allows to increase the capabilities of training stands of the simplest hydraulic systems. A distinctive feature of stands for pumping and compressor equipment, vacuum technology is compliance with international standards and the requirements of the current design, mobility and convenience maintenance, reality and clarity of reproduction, special purpose and operation of devices, units and systems, as well as ergonomics, safety and energy saving system. The visual aids are shown with tablets and cutaway models of hydraulic elements and devices that depict structures and schemes of their work. To all this, cuts are made of almost any existing component or assembly of a mass-produced hydraulic system with instructions - a description of the model and principle of operation.
To show the teacher theoretical information on the courses "Hydraulic drives, hydraulics, hydraulic pumps and hydraulic automation", sets of printed posters and digital posters are also presented, clearly showing the devices, assembly stages and principles of operation of the constituent elements of hydraulic systems. Components can be defined, shown and used in hydraulic circuits with different control orders.
