In the regions of Russia, the textile industry, especially after the collapse of the Union and its entire material and technical base, is developing at very different rates. In some places, there was a quick recovery, contacts were made with raw material contractors, the retention of highly qualified personnel and markets were found. And someone, on the contrary, had to start everything from scratch in a new way. Many enterprises in different regions, at the moment, are surviving on their own, but at the same time, trying to develop and preserve the established traditions.
At the same time, they began to pay more attention to the care of the environment, which previously did not bother anyone, and also more careful labor protection, attracting and educating new personnel. The new economy of market relations has made great adjustments to all industries.
