Welding inverters are a new word in the technology of welding and cutting metals. This device is not inferior in its performance, it sometimes surpasses the classic versions of welding equipment.
In large factories, conventional bulky welding machines and transformers are more common. Yes, they give a good result, but they also have one significant drawback - cumbersome. Welding inverters are said more like equipment of modern welders who know how to do their job well, but with they use modern lightweight and mobile devices.
The Welding Inverter is a machine capable of operating from a normal home electrical network, but at the same time, it produces a voltage 2-3 times higher than it receives from the outlet. The mechanism of this process is quite simple: the alternating current, entering the inverter, is directed to the rectifier, through which it is smoothed through the filter system, and then sent to the transistors, where the frequency and current strength increase as its voltage decreases. This is how values of 100-200 A that are ideal for welding work are obtained.
Based on the described process, the first advantage of welding inverters over classical equipment is shown - they are 2 times more economical than their bulky relatives, which means they are more profitable to use, because 90% of the consumed electricity goes into the welding arc, and not for heating the unit. The quality indicators of such a small assistant are not inferior to standard systems, while at the same time combining the ease of adjusting the current when changing the process - this is how the welder can consistently make ceiling seams, connect thin sheets of metal, and immediately after them, having selected the necessary indicators, work with thick iron and overall structures.
