DiPOS Group of Companies launches its own production of welded gratings

Quite recently, DiPOS Group of Companies announced that they intend to launch a new in-house production of welding deck in September 2014, which will be carried out using the latest Austrian equipment from EVG.

It must be said that the new flooring, which is going to be put into production by DiPOS Group, is a metal structure. The structure will consist of high quality steel bearing strips and tie rods. The rods will be connected to each other in the places where they are interrupted by welding.

Bearing strips are metal structures of rectangular cross-section, which are located in one direction parallel to each other with wide sides with a given pitch. These strips are designed to determine the length of the deck and to take on the workload. The width of the deck can be greater than the length of the bearing strip. The connecting rods mentioned above can be of various shapes: round, square, periodic square section. The rods, as well as the bearing strips, will be located parallel to each other with a given pitch and perpendicular to the bearing strips. The rods are designed to perform the functions of fixing the bearing strips, as well as to determine the width of the deck. The rods do not carry any load. So far, this is all the information regarding the new line of welded grating from DiPOSS Group.

It should be noted that the prospects for the processing of flat rolled metal will be considered at the 5th All-Russian Conference, which will be held in the coming days in Yekaterinburg.
