New car sales in Ukraine in September decreased by 25 percent

October 2, Kiev. In September, 4,376 new car sales were registered in Ukraine, which is 25 percent less than in September 2014. This was reported by the Ukrainian Association of Automobile Manufacturers "Ukravtoprom". According to the association, in January-September sales of new cars decreased by 60 percent compared to the same period last year (APPG) and amounted to 30,387 units.

Japanese Toyota remains the sales leader in the Ukrainian market. In September, the number of sold cars of this brand was 512 units, which is 47 percent less than the APPI indicator. The second place in sales in Ukraine is occupied by French Renault, which sold 392 new cars here, which is 8 percent more than last year.
ZAZ again became the third most popular brand among Ukrainians in September with a result of 378 cars. Compared to last year's result, ZAZ sales decreased by 13 percent.
