October 2, Donetsk. According to the representative of the self-proclaimed DPR at the Minsk talks, Denis Pushilin, they expect a significant change in Ukraine's position on the settlement of the conflict in Donbass. This was reported by the Donetsk News Agency (DAN).
It is known that Russian President Vladimir Putin has already arrived in Paris, where the next round of quadripartite talks with the participation of the heads of France, Germany and Ukraine on the settlement of the armed conflict in eastern Ukraine will take place.
The meeting of the quartet will consist of the actual negotiations and a working lunch of the heads of state.
This will be the third personal meeting of the leaders of Germany, France, Russia and Ukraine since the appearance of the so-called Normandy format of negotiations on Ukraine in June 2014.
