On September 30, the state enterprise Ukrinterenergo signed an agreement with the Russian company Russneftedobycha LLC (Moscow) for the supply of 200 thousand tons of anthracite grade ASh. They write about “Our pennies” with reference to the “Bulletin of state purchases”.
Data on the price of a ton of coal, its parameters and the amount of the contract were not reported. The Vestnik publishes only the delivery time for ASh coal - until March 2016 at the Topoli, Zernovoe and Kazachya Lopan railway stations.
According to open Internet sources, the only founder and CEO of LLC Russneftegazdobycha, organized in April 2014, is Katsman Semyon Markovich.
The company declared its main activities to be oil and gas production and exploration, well drilling services and wholesale trade in fuel.
OOO Russneftedobycha is registered in Moscow at 18 Tverskoy Boulevard. The premises belong to the Empire restaurant, whose website says that it has been seized by raiders.
Let us remind you that in August Ukrinterenergo ordered 200 thousand tons of coal from Arida Global Ltd (Hong Kong), also without disclosing its price and contract value. The place of receipt of coal was indicated by the stations themselves Topoli, Zernovo and Kazachya Lopan, through which cargoes from Russia enter Ukraine.
