Steel production increased at Dneprospetsstal, but finished rolled products output decreased

In September 2015, PJSC "Electrometallurgical Plant" Dneprospetsstal "named after A.N. Kuzmina ”delivered 21,442 tons of steel, which is 15.7 percent higher than the level of the previous month. During the same period, this enterprise produced 11,977 tons of finished rolled products, which is 13.3 percent less than in August 2015.

PJSC "Dneprospetsstal" is a key producer of long-range stainless steel in the CIS markets, and in Ukraine it is the undisputed leader in this segment. Enterprises of the Dnipropetrovsk region demonstrate dynamic development this year. The Contrast-Dnepr company, being a distributor of the Lviv electric lamp plant of PJSC Iskra, is constantly increasing the range of incandescent, energy-saving, fluorescent, gas-discharge, LED and other lighting products. Expanding cooperation with new suppliers, the company offers LED lamps price , which is optimal.

At the same time, the total cost of marketable products of PJSC "Dneprospetsstal", produced in September 2015, amounted to 509 million 813 thousand hryvnia (in current prices). This is 14.3 percent less than last month.

Over the past nine months of 2015, Dneprospetsstal delivered 188,213 tons of steel, which is 11.7 percent less than in the same period last year (APPG) and produced 120,209 tonnes of rolled steel, also 11.8 percent less than in the APPG ... During this period, the production of commercial products in monetary terms amounted to 5,180,595 thousand hryvnia, which is 41.5 percent more than the same period in 2014.
