Turboatom demands immediate lustration of judges of the Kiev Economic Court and the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine

The leading machine-building enterprise of Ukraine sent Kozachenko T.A. to the Director of the Lustration Department under the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, A.N.Drik, head of the Public Lustration Committee, and E.V. and Director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine Sytnik A.S. letters demanding immediate lustration of judges of the Economic Court of Kiev and the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine.

According to the press service of the enterprise, Turboatom decided to take advantage of the revolution of dignity in connection with the unjust satisfaction of the claim of Ukrmontazhspetsstroy on the illegal collection of groundless and far-fetched penalties from the company in the amount of UAH 15.72 million.

Previously, PJSC "Turboatom" appealed to the Supreme Court of Ukraine, the High Council of Justice and the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, all appeals were left without a reasoned response.
