Turboatom complained about the people's deputies to the committee on regulations of the Ukrainian parliament

The labor collective of PJSC "Turboatom" appealed to the Committee on the Rules and Organization of the Work of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with a request to take response measures in relation to a number of People's Deputies of Ukraine.

The company said that in September 2015, seven deputies from the Will of the People group began to defend the private interests of the UGK Ukrmontazhspetsstroy. They appealed to the National Bank of Ukraine and other state institutions with a demand to influence the management of PJSC "Turboatom" and oblige the enterprise to pay far-fetched and illegal penalties in the amount of UAH 15.72 million, which arose as a result of an unjust court decision.

Earlier, PJSC "Turboatom" appealed to the Supreme Court of Ukraine, the High Council of Justice and the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine with a request to pay attention to the illegality of the judicial act, all appeals were left without a reasoned response. In parallel with this, the labor collective of Turboatom applied to various instances with a request to lustration the judges of the Economic Court of Kiev and the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine.
