A voice crying in the desert: Turboatom continues to appeal to the Ukrainian authorities for protection

This time, the leading machine-building enterprise of Ukraine, attacked, according to him, by parliament members, appealed to the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, People's Deputy of Ukraine of the VIII convocation V.B. Groisman. According to the press service of Turboatom, Groisman should take personal control of the situation in which the strategic enterprise of Ukraine finds itself.

The company accuses deputies from the "Will of the People" group of appealing to the National Bank of Ukraine and other state institutions with a demand to influence the management of PJSC "Turboatom" and oblige the company to pay far-fetched and illegal fines in the amount of 15.72 million. hryvnias, incurred as a result of an unjust court decision.

Earlier, Turboatom appealed to the Supreme Court of Ukraine, the High Council of Justice and the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine with a request to pay attention to the illegality of the judicial act, all appeals were left without a reasoned response.

In parallel with this, the labor collective of Turboatom applied to various instances with a request to lustration the judges of the Economic Court of Kiev and the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine. The company also sent a letter to the Committee on the Rules of Procedure and Organization of the Work of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, with a request to take response measures in relation to a number of People's Deputies of Ukraine.
