The head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration proposed to nationalize coal mines and processing factories

Donetsk Regional State Administration sets itself the ambitious task of returning coal fields and central processing plants to the disposal of mines and state property, as well as their entry into the structure of a single coal company. The head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration Pavel Zhebrovsky said this on Wednesday during a meeting with the activists of the Trade Union of Coal Industry Workers of Ukraine, reports the Information Policy Department of the Donetsk Regional Military-Civil Administration.

“Today the problem is that many objects of the coal industry in Donbass are monopolized. Central concentrating factories, coal fields were given to private structures, and state enterprises were left with only losses. In fact, a lot of money is being stolen. Therefore, the Donetsk Regional State Administration sets itself an ambitious task, ”the head of the region emphasized, arguing the need to create a unified coal company.

“We will find a comprehensive solution to resolve possible contradictions. The United Donetsk Coal Company should be able to sell its own products and manage funds, ”Zhebrovsky said.
