President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko on the morning of November 14 held an emergency meeting with representatives of the security forces, during which he instructed to strengthen security measures at airports, public places, as well as introduce a special regime on the country's borders.
“The Ukrainian government will act decisively, effectively and responsibly to protect the peace and tranquility of the Ukrainian people,” Poroshenko said.
On Friday, November 13, Paris was attacked eight times by Islamic State terrorists, killing at least 128 people and nearly 100 in critical condition.
A three-day national mourning has been declared in France.
President Poroshenko laid flowers and prayed outside the French embassy in Kiev in sympathy for the victims of the largest terrorist attack in the history of this country.
