The Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) on Tuesday proposed to introduce anti-dumping duties on seamless pipes from Ukraine made of stainless steel with a diameter of up to 426 mm, which are made by hot or cold deformation. The corresponding report was published on the official website of the commission.
Under antidumping duties, it was proposed to place tubular products of PJSC Centravis Production Ukraine (4.32 percent), Interpipe Niko Tube LLC (4.32 percent), PO OSKAR LLC (19.6 percent) and others. manufacturers at a rate of 19.6 percent.
The EEC made the decision to start an anti-dumping investigation in February 2015 in response to a complaint from OJSC Volzhsky Pipe Plant, LLC TMK-INOKS, OJSC Pervouralsk Novotrubny Plant and OJSC Chelyabinsk Pipe Rolling Plant.
