People's Deputy from the Opposition Bloc Vadim Rabinovich said on the air of the 112 Ukraine TV channel that the airliner, which Dmitry Firtash plans to fly to Ukraine on Wednesday, is in danger.
He turned to the oligarch with a request to postpone his trip to Ukraine due to the fact that his life could be in danger.
Upon Firtash's arrival in Ukraine, he will be detained by the authorities, Interior Minister Arsen Avakov said.
If the authorities do not begin to do this, he is threatened with "civil" arrest by the soldiers of the Azov Interior Ministry regiment, MP Andrei Biletsky said.
Dmitry Firtash intends to come to Kiev and on December 2 to open the congress of the Federation of Employers of Ukraine, which he heads.
It is planned that, in addition to Firtash, his deputies, as well as the President of the Ukrainian Modernization Agency, Michael Spindelegger, will speak during the forum.
“The congress is closed by the chairman of the Council of the Federation of Employers of Ukraine, Dmitry Vasilievich Firtash,” the program of the event says.
