Rinat Akhmetov, Igor Kolomoisky, Mykola Martynenko, Andriy Ivanchuk, and Dmitry Firtash are the largest corrupt officials in Ukraine in the ranking compiled by the governor.
According to Saakashvili, MP Martynenko is responsible for corruption in such companies as Odessa Port Plant, Energoatom, NJSC Naftogaz Ukraine, Eastern Mining and Processing Plant, United Mining and Chemical Company.
Rinat Akhmetov, the governor assures, is cashing in on the low passenger tariffs of Ukrzaliznytsia and low tariffs for the transportation of ore. Dmitry Firtash uses the Zaporozhye Titanium-Magnesium Combine, Sumykhimprom, titanium and chemical assets for corruption schemes.
