Public Joint Stock Company "Dnipro Metallurgical Plant named after F.E. Dzerzhinsky ”(PJSC“ DMKD ”) launched an anti-corruption program, the purpose of which is to protect the rights and freedoms of citizens, ensure the rule of law, law and order and public safety. This is stated in a document published on December 7 on the corporate website of the DMKD.
The anti-corruption program was developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the foundations of the state anti-corruption policy in Ukraine for 2014-2017". Anti-corruption measures of the DMKD will be aimed at:
- prevention of corruption, identification and elimination of the causes (prevention) of corruption;
- detection of corruption offenses, disclosure and investigation of offenses;
- minimization and elimination of the consequences of corruption offenses.
The actions of the program apply to employees of the enterprise who are permanently or temporarily in positions of performing administrative and economic or organizational and managerial duties, who have received special powers to perform such duties, and other persons.
The employees of "DMKD" were asked to adhere to the standards of professional ethics at the enterprise.
As indicated in the document, the anti-corruption program of the DMKD will enter into force on December 2, 2015.
