Krukovka Carriage Works will reduce car production by 15 times in 2015

PJSC "Kryukovsky Carriage Works" (KVSZ), based on the results of work in 2015, will produce 379 railway cars, which is 2027 units or 15 times less than in 2014. This was reported in UNIAN with reference to the statement of the head of the department of economics of the city executive committee of Kremenchug Nikolai Zdoima.

As the official said at a meeting of the budget commission of the City Council on Monday, the production of passenger cars at PJSC "KVSZ" will increase from one in 2014 to eight in 2015, in addition, by the end of this year, 25 metro cars will be modernized (repaired) against 95 in the previous year. year.

PJSC "KVSZ" is capable of producing a wide range of freight and passenger cars, escalators, subway cars, motor graders, electric trains, suburban diesel trains and other equipment.

In 2014, the plant reduced the production of freight cars by 54.7 percent compared to 2013 - to 2,406 units. Also in 2014, the plant built one passenger carriage and modernized 95 metro cars for the Kyiv Metro.
