PJSC "ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih" is completing the transition to a graded wage system.
In April 2017, the Commission and the Working Group began to work on the development and implementation of a multi-level salary system at the enterprise.
On May 1, 2017, employees' salaries were increased. For some positions, the increase in wages ranged from 35 to 70%.
The decision to change the remuneration system was made at a joint meeting of trade union organizations and the administration of the enterprise.
