PJSC "ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih", the largest mining and metallurgical enterprise in Ukraine, from May 1, 2018 will increase the salaries of its employees from 5% to 20%. The new wage system developed at the enterprise allows for a differentiated revision of the salaries of employees - depending on the category of personnel.
Key production personnel will benefit the most from the promotion. Workers' salaries will be raised up to 20%. The smallest percentage increase (5%) is for administrative staff.
At the beginning of the year (for January 2018), the average monthly salary of the company's employees amounted to UAH 12,121. The average salary in Ukraine for the same period amounted to UAH 7,711.
At present, PJSC ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih consistently and without delay pays wages to more than 33 thousand people - to its own personnel, employees of subsidiaries and contractors. There are no salary arrears.
At Ukrainian enterprises, the level of wage arrears exceeded UAH 350 million. Of these, UAH 125 million. accounts for wage arrears in the Dnipropetrovsk region, where the city of Krivoy Rog is the largest debtor in the region.

PJSC "ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih" remains one of the few mining and metallurgical enterprises in Ukraine, which consistently pays the 13th salary to its employees. Each full-time employee of the enterprise received a remuneration based on the results of work for 2017 in the amount of the average earnings for the hours actually worked. The total amount of the payment was over UAH 200 million.
Along with this, the company offers a significant social package to its employees. These are paid vacations, periods of temporary disability, medical insurance, treatment and recreation in the health centers of the enterprise and health resorts of Ukraine, material benefits and benefits for both employees and veterans of the enterprise. In 2018, social expenses of PJSC ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih are planned at UAH 390 million.
