In December 2018, at PrJSC Electrometallurgical Plant DNEPROSPETSSTAL named after I. A.N. Kuzmin ”commissioned 18 165 tons of steel, which is 3.1% less than last month. During the same period, the Company produced 11,888 tons of rolled metal, which is 3.5% less than in November 2018.
The total cost of commercial products manufactured in December 2018 amounted to UAH 768,510 thousand. (at current prices). This is 0.7% more than last month.
Over the twelve months of 2018, the Company delivered 247,028 tons of steel (4.5% less than in the same period last year) and produced 162,638 tons of rolled steel (3.9% less than in the same period last year).
For the twelve months of 2018, the production of commercial products amounted to UAH 9,635,547 thousand, which is 17.7% more than in the same period in 2017.
Taking into account the upward trend in the cost of resources based on the results of work for the period January-December 2018, the profitability indicator for the plant is negative.
