Zaporizhstal, the fourth largest steel producer in Ukraine, reports its crude steel production in January of this year was about 338,000 tonnes, up 2.3% from the previous month, while there is a fall of 4.5% compared to with the same month in 2019
In addition, pig iron production amounted to almost 400,000 tons, an increase of 8.1% over the year; finished steel production was about 290,000 tonnes, down 7% year-on-year.
