The UK Government has accepted the recommendation of the Remedies Authority (TRA) to extend existing anti-dumping orders (AD) on cold-rolled flat products from Russia and China for another five years until 5 August 2026. Current measures are likely to result in dumping and hurt British industry.
The AD duty rate for Russia was set at 18.7% to 36.1%, and for China from 19.7% to 22.1%.
The mentioned products are cold-rolled flat products made of iron or non-alloy steel or other alloy steel, except stainless steel, of any width, classified according to TN VED codes 72 09 15 00 90, 72 09 27 90 00, 72. 11 23 80 99, 72 09 16 90 00, 72 09 28 90 00, 72 11 29 00 19, 72 09 17 90 00, 72 11 23 30 10, 72 11 29 00 99, 72 09 18 92 10, 7 3 30 91, 72 80 050 , 7209189990, 7211233099, 7226920010, 7209250090, 7211238019, 7226920090, 729002 and 7211238095.
