As part of a plan for continuous development in recent years, Hammerer Aluminum Industries (HAI), an aluminum products supplier in Austria, has announced a €100 million investment to build two new extrusion lines and a new logistics centre.
A second 60 mega newton extrusion line was installed at the Ranshofen plant this year and will be followed by another automated extrusion line next year, including all the upstream and downstream production facilities to be used for the production of aluminum profiles for electric vehicles .
In addition, another 40 meganewton automated extrusion line will be built at the Cris plant in Romania, targeting the solar, construction and industrial sectors and their associated infrastructure.
