It turned out that the European electrical charge in November was clearly higher. There are several reasons for this: wind power capacity in Northern Europe is declining, nuclear power in France is smaller, and demand for electricity and natural gas has increased due to the cold winter.
European governments have been gradually issuing policies to respond to the power problem. Germany charges the highest fee of 13 euro cents/kWh for businesses with an annual electricity consumption of more than 30,000 kWh. The Italian government has allocated 9.1 billion euros to ease pressure on businesses over the cost of electricity, more than a third of which will be used to offer preferential electricity prices to energy-intensive businesses.
