The European Commission has begun reviewing the expiration of anti-dumping measures applicable to imports of certain iron products originating in China.
The request was submitted on 28 October 2022 by Eurofonte.
These are certain products made of lamellar graphite iron (grey cast iron) or nodular cast iron (ductile iron) and parts thereof, classified under CN codes ex 7325 10 00 and ex 7325 99 10 (TARIC codes 7325 10 00 31). and 7325 99 10 60).
The follow-up investigation period ran from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022, and the injury assessment period ran from January 1, 2019 until the end of the follow-up investigation period.
