In fact, asbestos is a mineral group of serpentines or amphiboles that have a fibrous structure. In terms of chemical composition, they are hydrous silicates of magnesium, calcium, iron and sodium. The water content is about 13-14.5% in serpentine, and in amphibole - 1.5-3%.
Asbestos of the serpentine group has a pronounced fibrous structure, especially in chrysolite asbestos, and therefore it is more often used in the manufacture of products.
Chrysolite-asbestos accounts for 96% of the world asbestos production - it is much more profitable to use it. Product asbestos fabric is made of asbestos threads intertwined with each other. 5-18% of the composition is cotton, lavsan or viscose. Depending on the thickness, asbestos fabric is divided into different brands.
Manufacture of rubber products

- injection molding;
- shaping and subsequent vulcanization - a special mold is used.

Non-molded products are rubber profiles that differ in length and cross-section. The manufacturing process of such products consists of 2 stages:
- Extrusion of a rubber compound;
- After placing the mixture in a special container and vulcanizing there, we get the finished product.
The requirements for the production of rubber products are constantly changing, which leads to the improvement of production technologies and mechanical devices. Manufacturing of rubber goods is a laborious and rather complicated process.
Production of paints and varnishes
This is a fairly promising and constantly evolving business. Paintwork materials can be divided into water-dispersible and oil-based. PVA glue can be classified as a type of water-dispersion paints, since it is a dispersion of polyvinyl acetate in water. The production of dispersion materials is similar and the basis of the technological process is mixing the components of paints and varnishes in water. The main mixing tool is the dissolver. If quality is not particularly emphasized, then a drill with a special nozzle can be used to make paintwork materials. With increased quality requirements, a dissolver is indispensable, which will increase the volume and improve the properties of the material.
