An Absorption Air Dryer is an industrial appliance that provides the required level of air humidity. Desiccant desiccant air dehumidifier is of great importance for the medical, electronics and food industries. It is installed in warehouses where there is no heating system, in workshops for the production of hygroscopic materials, in places where there is a low air temperature during the cold period. The dehumidifier is used as a stand-alone unit or as part of an air handling system.
The adsorption device for dehumidification of air can be of the following types:
- cold regeneration;
- external hot regeneration;
- hot regeneration under vacuum;
- closed loop.
The absorption air dryer is installed on the floor, stand, bracket. It is attached only horizontally to a support consisting of 4 rubber shock absorbers. The air that is released into the room does not contain solid particles, solvents, explosive substances.
The main element of the absorption air dryer is a dehumidifying rotor, two vertical columns. The columns are filled with adsorbent. Such adsorbents absorb about 10% of water vapor.
Desiccant air dryer has an electronic control system. There is a small screen on it, with the help of which the required modes of operation of the dehumidifier are set, and dehumidifiers also have timers or sensors.
Installation work of the device for dehumidification of air does not take much time and does not require special skills.
