Valves Germik s are designed to regulate the air flow moving through the ventilation system. The presence of an electric drive allows you to control the level of opening and closing of the dampers remotely. A feature of the valve is its resistance to high temperature extremes, as well as the ability to fully operate in cold conditions (up to minus 70 degrees Celsius) and high humidity.
The valve can perform the functions of both a shutoff and an air flow regulator. In the basic version, it has a general industrial purpose, and when equipped additionally, it has corrosion-resistant and explosion-proof properties. It is noteworthy that the operating pressure of the valve can reach 1800 Pascals.
The germik valve with an electric drive has a rectangular shape, since it is made of a galvanized box, supplemented rigid aluminum profile. It is noteworthy that there are different combinations of valve width and height, so it can be called universal in terms of dimensions. Inside the valve, the leaflets can be opened both symmetrically and in parallel - also, depending on the customer's requirements.
A special feature of the Germik-S valve is its equipment with a special thermostatic box, which is located around the perimeter, and which helps to withstand sudden temperature changes by means of additional heating. It is important to note that this box works automatically, without the need for intervention; there is a special heating cable inside it.
Outside the valve, there are terminals to which you can powerfully connect the alarm system, as well as the automation system of the device.
