General purpose conveyor belts are used for the transportation of lumpy and bulk cargo, including metal ores, rocks and minerals, as well as low-abrasive materials. The temperatures of their application are in the range from - 45 ° С to + 65 ° С. The traction frame is made of polyester fiber fabric pads.
Mine rubber belts are used for conveyors at surface complexes and processing plants. They can transport coal in pieces up to half a meter and rocks up to 30 cm in size. The frame is made of ordinary fabric pads with rubber interlayers. The width of such tapes varies from 60 to 120 cm.
Heat-resistant tape is intended for transferring hot metals with temperatures up to 200 degrees. It is used, of course, at metallurgical enterprises and in the chemical industry.
For joining all types of tapes, special glue is used. It is applied to the fabric in several layers, and each of them has its own drying time: for the first it is a little more than 30 minutes, for the second and third - 10-15 minutes. This allows you to carefully seal the joints together.
